All refunds requests must be submitted online and will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines:
Full refunds will be granted when requested more than 5 working days prior to the start date of the course/program/reservation/season pass/membership.
Less a $5 administrative fee for:
Less $20 administrative fee for pavilion reservations. Or a 10% of total administrative fee for Whole Park/Pool reservations.
Transfers may be requested less than 5 days prior to the start date through the first day of the course/program. Transfers requested after the start of the second class meeting will not be granted. Registration may only be transferred one time.
Medical refunds requested prior to the start date of the course/program will be granted in full.A doctor's note must be provided for all medical refunds to be processed.
A prorated refund will be granted for medical requests received during or after the course/program.
Medical refunds must be requested, with proper documentation, within a month of the program's end date.
All refunds requested due to COVID-19 will not include a $5 administrative fee.
