Reservations
Aquatic facilities are the perfect place for a birthday party, family reunion, school or church group gathering. Book a reserved area during operating hours or rent the whole facility.
Facility Rentals
All Aquatic Centers are available for private rental outside of operating and program hours. Reservations will include lifeguards to ensure the safety of all guests.
The Cove Aquatic Centers
The cost is $700/hr. with at 2 hour minimum, plus the group rate admission fee of $5 per person. Reservations must be made in person at the location you wish to reserve. Locations include: Bachman, The Cove at Crawford, The Cove at Fretz, The Cove at Samuell Grand
The Cove Aquatic Centers Party Room
The cost is $450 per day plus the group rate admission fee of $5 per person. The party room is a private air-conditioned space reserved for your guests.
Community Aquatic Centers
The cost is $600/hr. with at 2 hour minimum, plus the group rate admission fee of $5 per person. Reservations must be made in person at the location you wish to reserve. Locations include: Kidd Springs and Lake Highlands North.
Neighborhood Aquatic Centers
The cost is $500/hr. with at 2 hour minimum, plus the group rate admission fee of $5 per person. Reservations must be made in person at the location you wish to reserve. Locations include: Exline, Harry Stone, Tietze
Community Swimming Pools
The cost is $250 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours, plus the group rate admission fee of $2 per person. Contact the Aquatics Office at 214-670-1926 to check the availability and capacity of your preferred location. Reservation payments must be made in person at the Aquatics Office or at any of the three Cove Aquatic Centers. Payments at the Aquatics Office must be made by credit card. Payments at the Cove Aquatic Centers may be made by credit card or in cash.
Pavilion/Table Rentals
Aquatic Centers
Each location has a 20' x 40' covered pavilion with picnic table seating for up to 36. Pavilions are available for rental during each operating day from 12:30pm-6:30pm. Cost is $350 per day, plus the group rate admission fee of $5 per person. Reservations may be made online or in person at the location you wish to reserve.
Secure a round table with an umbrella that seat up to 8 guests. The cost during operating hours from is $50 per day plus regular admission price per person. Reservations may be made online or in person at the location you wish to reserve.
Community Swimming Pools
Reserve the 20' x 40' covered pavilion with picnic table seating for up to 36 for your group while visiting the pool. Pavilions are available for rental during each operating day. Cost is $100 per day. Reservations may be made online or in person at the location you wish to reserve.
There are also round tables with umbrellas that seat 8 throughout the facility. These are also available for day rental during operating hours. Cost is $25 per day plus the cost of admission per person. Reservations may be made online or in person at the location you wish to reserve.
