The new HVAC unit is installed, however there still needs to be a series of tests run before the building can open. Last Friday, the contractor was in the middle of testing the new equipment when they found a different part of the HVAC system not working correctly. The new problem should be fixed in mid February. A reopening date has not been set. Once all tests have been run we will have a better idea on when we will be able to reopen.
