DPARD/DISD Water Fitness

The Dallas Park and Recreation Department and the Dallas Independent School District have partnered to provide programs at their indoor natatoriums. 

DISD FACILITIES ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR SUMMER.

Summer programs are offered at our 19 outdoor locations. 

DISD Programs will resume in early August, after the beginning of the school year. 

All programs below will be offered during the school season (August - May) following the DISD calendar. Facilities will be closed during these DISD holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving Week, Winter Holiday break, MLK Day, and Spring Break.

Shallow Water Exercise $5

Monday - Thursday 10:00AM & 11:00AM (40 min)
Great low-impact aerobic workout.

Deep Water Exercise $5

Monday & Wednesday 12:00PM (40 min)
More challenging workout utilizing flotation belts in the deep water of 5 1/2 feet or deeper. 

Open Swim $3

Monday - Thursday 12:00PM - 3:00PM
Time for self directed exercises and activities. 

Lap Swim $3

Monday - Thursday 10:00AM - 3:00PM
Swim your workout at your own pace.

Active Senior Adult Programs (ASAP)

For members of the Dallas Park and Recreation Department's Active Seniors Adult Programs (ASAP), our water exercise classes are included in your membership. For more information about ASAP contact your local City of Dallas Recreation Center or visit the Senior Programs webpage.

Passes

Water Aerobic Punch Pass $45 - Valid for 10 water aerobic classes. Expires 1 year from date of purchase. 1 person per pass. Valid at Pleasant Grove Pool, Sprague Pool and Bachman Indoor Pool.

Open/Lap Swim Pass - 1 Month $40 - Valid for unlimited open/lap swim visits for 30 days from date of purchase. 1 person per pass. Valid at Pleasant Grove Pool, Sprague Pool and Bachman Indoor Pool.

Open/Lap Swim Pass - 3 Month $105 - Valid for unlimited open/lap swim visits for 90 days from date of purchase. 1 person per pass. Valid at Pleasant Grove Pool, Sprague Pool and Bachman Indoor Pool.
